So often when a person discovers they are going to die, there is a whirlwind of panic that ensues. We are so afraid of death, even though it is the one thing that we will all experience and none of us can avoid it. Death does not have to be a time of terror and loneliness, it can be a time for us to make considered choices and connections while we still have the wherewithal to do so.
A Conscious Dying Coach helps a person discern what would be most important to them in the last 3 months of their life, how these insights might change the way they are currently living, and what concrete steps they could take to live in alignment with their priorities in all 5 Domains of Life. The process of dying does not have to be traumatic, but a time of beauty and peace. I help you figure out what still needs doing spiritually, mentally, emotionally, practically and physically and create a vision map for the patient which they can share with family and friends, in what’s called your B3M, or best 3 months (or 6 months, or from point of finding out the patient is terminal). I’ve qualified and done many coaching hours via the internationally recognised Conscious Dying Institute in Colorado and am well equipped to support you and your family in creating a space for a good death, away from worry and stress and feelings of incompletion.
